All MaaRa pieces are made with care and, where noted, made to order — please allow 14 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Within Ghana
Orders are delivered within 14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Rest of Africa & International
We can currently ship internationally and to 26 African countries with DHL or FedEx, with delivery in 21 business days. International shipping costs and any applicable duties are calculated at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your MaaRa pieces. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at maaraclothing@gmail.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: final sale items / made-to-order pieces / sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days of us receiving your return.
